Accelerated Team Dynamics was established with the purpose of identifying God-given talents of managers, employees and staff and placing them in the right positions to be used in the marketplace.

Jessica M. Pierce, owner and certified DISC trainer

Jessica is a management and organizational development consultant specializing in professional development, executive coaching and mentoring, teambuilding and group facilitation. She is a professional facilitator and trainer and also delivers speaking engagements. Her management development area of expertise includes DISC behavioral assessments, communication, hiring and management and leadership team dynamics. Her background consists of over ten years in various roles at Intel Corporation and running her own staffing company.
