Jessica M. Pierce, Owner and Certified DISC Trainer

Jessica is a management and organizational development consultant specializing in professional development, executive coaching and mentoring, teambuilding and group facilitation. She is a professional facilitator and trainer and also delivers speaking engagements. Her management development area of expertise includes DISC behavioral assessments, communication, and management and leadership team dynamics. Jessica is an expert in the medium and large size corporations with a background consisting of over ten years in various roles at Intel Corporation. Her past experience includes the management of multiple organizational development groups, delivery of global training at multiple geographies, facilitation of teambuilding events and large-scale meetings and speaking engagements in both established and emerging markets. She now acts as a global consultant teaching the DISC behavioral assessment for Viatech Global as well as operating Accelerated Team Dynamics.
