There are 2 options for pre-employment assessments. One is an assessment on the candidates only, and the other option is more in depth and includes a measurement on the job and matches the job to the candidates.
Option One - the candidates take an assessment
Interviewing Insights Assessment Example - This report analyzes behavior style and the manner in which a person does things. This will help you prepare your interview questions to ensure you have a deeper understanding of the candidate. There are also sample interview questions. Employee Focused.
Interviewing Insights (Sales) Assessment Example - Similar to the regular pre-employment assessment but with an emphasis on sales style. Employee Focused.
Option Two - the job is benchmarked through a consulting process, an assessment is completed on the job, and the candidates take an assessment to see how they match to the position
Job Insights Assessment - This assessment works in conjunction with the job benchmarking process. These are the clearly defined job requirements: knowledge, hard skills, people skills and culture. This also includes interview questions to better understand the candidate to the position.
Job Insights Multi-Respondent Assessment - This is the same as the job insights report but includes a roll-up of opinions from other employees within the organization.
Talent Insights Assessment - This works in conjunction with the job insights assessments and is the candidates response. This explains how well the candidate fits compared to the position.
Job Talent Insights Assessment - This is a comparison of up to five candidates on who is best matched for the position.
